Chase Science Fair

Last Thursday afternoon the whole of Year 5 attended a fun Science fair at Chase High School. At this event they had the chance to see exciting KS3 experiments such as making dry ice (see the photo below), making elephant toothpaste and how electricity makes your hair stand on end! The children had a chance to volunteer but the most fun was had when their teachers got picked on...Miss Marsh and Mr Geraghty both had her hair stand on end, while Mr Shaw had to show how blood can be sucked out through your hand - gruesome! (It can’t really, it was a science trick!) It was a great afternoon out, both fun and educational for the children.

Thank you Chase High School!
